Tuna and Almond Cream Toast

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices bread
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2-1 tsp lemon juice (to taste)

Directions:

  1. Soak the bread in water, squeeze out and add this and the garlic to bowl of processor and blitz.
  2. Stir in the mayonnaise, almonds and salt.
  3. Fold in the tuna and lemon juice to taste.
  4. Spread on toast and broil until hot and bubbling.
