Triple Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup reeses pieces

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. Melt butter and set aside.
  3. Whisk together flour, salt and baking soda.
  4. Mix together melted butter and sugars.
  5. Add the egg, yolk, milk, vanilla, and peanut butter.
  6. Mix until well combined.
  7. Slowly add flour mixture until thoroughly combined.
  8. Stir in peanut butter chips and reeses pieces.
  9. Chill dough for about 30 minutes.
  10. Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet.
  11. Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  12. Rotating baking sheet during baking for even browning.
  13. Let cool.
