Ingredients:

  • 1 large red pepper
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large pepper
  • 2 slices red onion
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Cut into strips all the peppers. Slice the red onion.
  2. Add olive oil to saute pan. Cook all the peppers and onion until softened.
