Ingredients:

  • 100 g sifted plain flour ( a)
  • 150 ml water ( a)
  • 1/2 tsp yeast ( a)
  • 40 g sugar ( a)
  • 100 g sifted plain flour ( b)
  • 100 g sifted bread flour ( b)
  • 350 ml water ( b)
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder ( b)
  • 1/4 tsp alkaline water ( b)
  • 1 egg ( b)
  • 100 g sugar

Directions:

  1. In ingredients A, Dissolve yeast and sugar in water and mix well with plain flour.Set aside for 1 hour in warm area.
  2. In ingredients B, Combine all ingredients and add in A. Mix well and set aside for 45 mins in warm area.
  3. For the filling,Mix evenly peanuts and sugar.
  4. When the batter is done, heat lightly oiled pan(nonstick), pour the batter in to preferred thickeness and size.
  5. When the pancake is done, sprinkle filling onto the pancake and rolled it up while its still hot.
