Traditional Czech Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup small curd cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Slightly mash cottage cheese.
  2. Stir in eggs, milk, sugar, and lemon juice; mix well.
  3. Stir in raisins.
  4. Pour into pie shell.
  5. Bake in 375 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
