Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Thaw spinach and squeeze dry.
  2. In bowl, mix all ingredients except the tomato slices and oysters.
  3. Place oysters onto tomato slices.
  4. Mound the spinach mixture on the tomato slices and bake for 15 minutes at 350ºF.
  5. * Serve with tenderloin, prime rib, lobster or crab.
  6. *Oysters are optional.
