Ingredients:

  • 8 small tomatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

  1. Partially hollow out tomatoes. Chop chicken and nuts finely; add salt, pepper and cream. Mix well, stuff into tomato shells and garnish with mayonnaise. Serve cold.
