Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice tomatoes,slightly thick
  2. Place on a cookie sheet.
  3. Drizzle with Brown Sugar and the teaspoon of diced Onion.
  4. Top the Onion with a pinch of Curry Powder.
  5. Finish with the Swiss Cheese.
  6. Place in the oven (or) under the broiler until bubbly.
  7. Good as a side dish.
