Spinach Rice Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Saute onion and garlic until tender.
  3. Add undrained tomatoes and basil and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for about 3-5 minutes.
  5. Stir in cooked rice, spinach and half of the swiss cheese, salt and pepper.
  6. Grease 2 quart casserole dish and place mixture inches.
  7. Bake 35-45 minutes until it is completely heated.
  8. Sprinkle remainder of cheese and the sesame seeds on top and serve.
