Tomato Topped Onion Bread

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400
  2. Salad
  3. Heat oil in skillet
  4. Add tomato and pepper and cook until liquid evaporates, about 10 minutes
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients
  6. Set aside and cool
  7. Bread
  8. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
  9. Add onion and garlic and cook until tender
  10. Drain, reserving oil
  11. Grease round 9 inch cake pan with reserved oil
  12. Unroll dough and roll into 10 inch circle
  13. Put dough in pan pressing onto bottom and 1/2 inch up sides
  14. Using tip of knife, poke holes in dough every 2 inches or so
  15. Pour remaining reserved oil onto dough and spread evenly
  16. Sprinkle with onion mixture and cheese
  17. Bake 18-20 minutes or until golden brown
  18. Cool a minute or 2 and remove from pan
  19. Put on serving dish and top warm bread with salad
