Tomato Soup Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1 - 18 oz spice cake mix
  • 1 - 10 3/4 oz can tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup milk or water
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Grease and flour two 8 or 9-inch cake pans.
  3. With hand mixer, mix ingredients on low speed just until combined. Continue mixing for 2 minutes on medium to high speed.
  4. Pour into pans.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes or until done.
  6. Cool on wire racks for 10 minutes.
  7. Remove and finish cooling on racks.
  8. Frost with cream cheese frosting.
