Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Place oven-dried tomatoes in a small bowl of warm water.
  2. When soft, drain and cut into thin slices.
  3. Cook the fettuccines separately in boiling water until al dente. (OR - cook egg first, remove, keep warm and cook spinach in same water.).
  4. Drain and keep warm.
  5. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic and oven-dried tomatoes.
  6. Cook until garlic is tender.
  7. Add sauce and basil; cook until heated through.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Toss pasta with sauce.
  10. Sprinkle with cheese and serve.
