Tofu Whipped Cream

Ingredients:

  • 1 (13 1/4 oz) box extra-firm silken tofu
  • 1/3 cup oil or 1/3 cup soy margarine
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (or honey if you're not vegan) or 1/4 cup sugar (or honey if you're not vegan)
  • 1 tbsp soymilk
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 -2 tbsp of your favorite liqueur (optional)

Directions:

  1. Whip ingredients together in food processor until very smooth.
  2. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
