Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add instant coffee and vanilla to a small bowl, stirring to dissolve the coffee.
  2. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl beat butter, sugar, and baking powder until light and fluffy.
  4. Add beaten egg and coffee mixture.
  5. Slowly add flour until combined.
  6. Stir in both chips.
  7. Drop by tablespoonful on to baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
  9. Cool for 1-2 minutes on sheet and remove to a cooling rack.
  10. Makes 4 dozen.
  11. Note: I used an instant coffee powder mix (International Delights French vanilla) with great results.
