Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Grease a 9x9 square pan
  2. Spread pecans into pan
  3. In a saucepan, heat sugar and butter to boiling point, stirring constantly
  4. Boil over medium heat for 7 minutes - while stirring constantly
  5. Immediately spread mixture over nuts in pan
  6. Sprinkle with chocolate chips
  7. Place a baking sheet over pan to keep heat in to melt the chocolate chips
  8. With a knife spread the melted chocolate over the candy
  9. While hot cut into squares
  10. Chill
