Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp heaping instant coffee
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 1 3/4 cup water
  • 8-9 cup espresso
  • 1/3 cup kaluhua
  • 1/4 cup amaretto
  • 3 lb ricotta
  • 4 package cream cheese
  • 16 oz cool whip
  • 1/3 cup amaretto
  • 1/3 cup kaluhua

Directions:

  1. Mix filling until creamy, 1st cream cheese and cool whip then add liquor, Dip lady finger cookies in espresso/ liquor mixture, layer cookies and filling, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa
