Ingredients:

  • 4 oz tilapia
  • 1/4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 wedge lemon
  • 1/8 cup white wine
  • 1/4 tbsp chopped garlic

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Line cookie sheet with aluminum foil and spray with Pam
  3. Place filet on cookie sheet and drizzle with
  4. In a small bowl combine olive oil, white wine, lemon, chopped garlic and spices and mix.
  5. Puor mixture over the tilapia
  6. Bake for 10 minutes
