Thousand Island Slaw With Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 2 tps. cider vinegar
  • 2 tbps. sweet relish
  • 1 tps. caraway seeds (optional)
  • 1 1/2 lb. cloeslaw mix

Directions:

  1. Remove chicken from bones and shred or slice
  2. Whisk together mayonnaise, onion, ketchup, relish, caraway seeds, 1/2 tps. salt, and 1/4 tps. pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add slaw mixture and stir to coat.
  4. Transfer to a shallow serving dish and top with chicken.
  5. Rye crackers add the perfect chrunch to this meal.
