The Philly 3 Step Cheesecake With Variations

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until creamy.
  2. Blend in eggs.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  5. Cool, then refrigerate.
  6. Topping ideas: Cherry pie filling, Blueberry pie filling, Assorted fresh fruits, cut and lightly sugared, Sour cream-place under broiler till bubbly Hot fudge ice cream topping, Caramel ice cream topping.
