  1. Empty all envelopes of hot chocolate mix into a large pitcher. Add 4 cups boiling water to pitcher, stirring until hot chocolate mix dissolves. Stir in peppermint schnapps.
  2. Pour mixture into 4 mugs, and top each serving with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
