Ingredients:

  • 2 (1 lb) cans canned peach halves
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 1/2 cup cider vinegar
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp whole cloves

Directions:

  1. Drain syrup from peaches.
  2. Combine syrup, sugars, vinegar, and spices.
  3. Simmer 5 minutes on low heat and pour over peaches.
  4. Place in sealed container and let stand in the refrigerator for 3 days.
  5. **Gently turn jar several times during the 3 days.
