The Best Oatmeal Cookies Ever

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 1/2 cups blended oatmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Cream the butter and sugars. Add eggs and vanilla.
  2. Mix dry ingredients together and add gradually to the wet mixture.
  3. Bake at 375° for 8 minutes.
  4. (Blend oatmeal in a blender).
