Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 13 x 9-in baking sheet.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars.
  4. Add eggs, beat well.
  5. Beat in vanilla.
  6. Combine flour, cereal, 3/4 cup oats, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
  7. Gradually add to creamed mixture.
  8. Stir in 3/4 cup peanuts, and 2/3 cup chocolate chips.
  9. Spread in prepared baking dish.
  10. Coarsely chop remaining peanuts; sprinkle over top with remaining oats and chocolate chips.
  11. Bake for 25-30 mins, or until golden brown.
