Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  2. Grease bottom and sides of two 9 x 2 cake pans.
  3. Mix all ingredients on low for one minute.
  4. Scrape bowl.
  5. Mix on medium for two minutes.
  6. Divide batter between two pans .
  7. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes
  8. Cool for 10 minutes.
  9. Melt chocolate over simmering water until smooth .
  10. Let cool to room temperature.
  11. Whisk sour cream into melted chocolate . Frost and garnish.
