Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Shake flour in cooking bag and place in large roasting pan at least 2" deep. Place onion and celery in bag.
  3. Remove neck and giblets from turkey. Lightly stuff if desired. Place turkey in bag on top of vegetables. Close bag with nylon tie and make 6 1/2" slits in top. Insert meat thermometer through slit in bag into thigh, not touching bone. Bake 2.5-3.5 hours or til thermometer registers 180 degrees. Let stand 15 min before serving.
