Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter, add flour and make a roux-cook until light brown.
  2. Add onions, pepper, celery, salt pepper& cayenne, saute until vegetables soften add garlic, water, spices and lower heat to medium.
  3. Add tomatoes, wine, parsley and thyme.
  4. Reduce to simmer, until thickening.
  5. Add shrimp, cook 3-4 minutes until they turn pink.
  6. Add scallions, remove from heat.
