Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Clean and cut meat
  2. Marinate in beer, bay, worcestershire sauce overnight.
  3. Cut onion,bell pepper, zuchinni.
  4. In a saucepan combine oil, honey, jalepenos, worcestershire, spices and herb.
  5. Bring to a soft boil and simmer sauce.
  6. Drain meat.
  7. Heat grill.
  8. Skewer meat vegatables.
  9. Drain sauce cool.
  10. Paint skewered meat and veggies with sauce.
  11. Cook on open grill until meat is done.
  12. Continue painting with sauce while cooking.
  13. Serve hot.
