  1. Brown/ Sear beef in olive oil.
  2. Add all remaining ingredients (EXCEPT: cornmeal & hot sauce).
  3. Simmer for 2 hours on medioum-low heat.
  4. Add cornmeal & sauce .
  5. Cook for 30 additional minutes, stiriing occasionally.
