Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 3 dashes liquid smoke
  • 1/2 cup water

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients, stir until blended.
  2. Add ground beef, mix.
  3. Marinade several hours in refrigerator.
  4. Pat mixture out between two pieces of plastic wrap,very thin and remove top piece,cut into thin strips and place in the dehydrator for 4-5 hours.It is VERY EASY
