Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Saute the chopped onion in oil until translucent. Add the ground meat and cook until meat is browned.
  2. Add chili mix packet, Rotel Tomatoes with Green Chiles, and Ranch Style Beans (undrained). Cook over medium to medium-low heat.
  3. Stir to mix, then add cubed Velveeta cheese, stirring until the cheese is melted.
  4. Add Half & Half, and heat through.
  5. Serve over Fritoes or Dorito chips.
