Ingredients:

  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 2 level tbsp all purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 slices of your favorite bread .

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef in non-stick frying pan.
  2. Sprinkle taco seasoning over beef, stir to mix well.
  3. Cook mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes.
  4. Place four slices of bread in toaster.
  5. Sprinkle flour over mixture, stir to mix well.
  6. Add 1/2 cup milk to mixture.
  7. Cook over med/low heat until mixture thickens.
  8. Add more milk if mixture is too thick.
  9. Spread on toast. serve with side of scrambled eggs and/or grits.
