Ingredients:

  • 1 can 14.75 oz del monte cream stype golden sweet corn
  • 1 can 14.5 oz del monte diced tomates with garlic & onion
  • 1 can 15 oz del mone black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/2 cup water
  • salt & pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Dump it all into a pot and heat it up. Easy, heh? And it tastes great.
