Terries Best Potato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 recipe terrie's potato salad dressing; * see recipe
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 8 oz crisply cooked bacon; crumbled

Directions:

  1. Cook, cool down by refrigeration, peel and dice the potatoes, then cover and return to refrigerator.
  2. Fry the bacon crisp, reserve the drippings and crumble the bacon. Reserve until needed.
  3. Chop the celery and onion and reserve until needed.
  4. Toss the potatoes, onion, celery and crumbled bacon in a large mixing bowl.
  5. Fold in the Terrie's Potato Salad Dressing and stir to mix.
  6. Refrigerate salad prior to serving.
  7. Note: This recipe was given to Terrie Martinez by an older friend and Terrie considered it the best potato salad she ever ate.
