Ingredients:

  • 1 cup tao pancake mix (see recipe)
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/4-1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Beat egg with melted butter, yoghurt, milk and vanilla.
  2. Stir in the Tao pancake mix and then drop on a hot lightly oiled griddle.
