Ingredients:

  • 4 quarts water
  • 1/2 cup molasses
  • 1 cinnamon stick, 3-inch piece

Directions:

  1. In a large pot, combine the water, molasses and cinnamon stick, and bring to a boil.
  2. Add the coffee, reduce the heat to a simmer, cover and cook for 6 minutes.
  3. Strain through a coffee filter into a carafe or large pitcher (or you can now transfer it into a large thermos if using the coffee to take to a sports game).
  4. In a small saucepan, warm the condensed milk over low heat.
  5. Stir into the coffee.
  6. Enjoy!
