Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/8 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup water , or to taste

Directions:

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together, except water, in a small bowl. Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached. (This will depend on how oily your tahini is!)
