Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 oz) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can ranch style beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans
  • 1 (15 oz) can black beans
  • 2 (15 oz) cans corn
  • 1 (1 oz) package ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (1 1/4 oz) package taco seasoning

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground turkey/beef and drain.
  2. In a large pot, combine the beef/turkey, beans, corn, and seasonings.
  3. Simmer until hot (45 minutes or so).
  4. Serve with corn bread, or spoon over tortilla chips. Add sour cream to the top, if you like.
