Directions:

  1. Heat over to 400 degrees. Grease 8x8 inch loaf pan and a round baking dish Stir Bisquick, mayo, milk and garlic powder together, then pour in pans.
  2. Cook pepper and onion over medium heat. Stir in beef, tomatoes, beans and seasonings. Cook until hot.
  3. Spoon over batter. Sprinkle with cheese.
  4. Bake for 20 to 23 minutes or until golden brown .
  5. Add lettuce , sour cream and/or taco sauce to top
