Taco Filling (Ground Beef)

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oregano
  • 2 tsp cumin

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef with onion drain.
  2. Add other ingredients.
  3. Simmer add more seasoning to taste.
  4. This can be a little dry.
  5. This is not Health Food!
  6. I have added a little cooking oil to the Mix.
  7. Add salt and pepper.
  8. Add ground beef to your favorite Taco shells.
  9. Top with cheese, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, etc.
  10. Enjoy!
