Ingredients:

  • 4 oz swordfish
  • 1/2 cup olive
  • 1/2 cup tomato
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 2 tsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. 4 oz swordfish topped with 1/2 cup chopped olives, tomato, and onion, and 2 tsp olive oil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until fish flakes.
