  1. Deep fry sweet potatoes in oil for 2 to 3 minutes. Remove with slotted spoon onto paper towels to drain.
  2. DIP: combine all 5 ingredients in small bowl. Let sit a couple of hours to allow the flavors to blend. Makes 1 cup.
