Sweet Potaoe with Carmalized Onions

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and cut sweet potatoe into chunks. Place potatoes in saucepan with enough water to cover the pieces by about 1 inch. Boil until done.
  2. In a skillet place onions, water, garlic and cider. Cook until onions start to soften. . Reduce heat slightly and continue cooking until liquids are reduced (nearly all gone) and onion is golden brown. Salt and pepper to taste.
