Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Place paper-baking liners in 12 muffin cups
  3. Stir all ingredients together just until moistened
  4. Divide batter evenly in muffin cups and bake 13-18 minutes or until golden brown
