Directions:

  1. Shred cabbage and carrot into a bowl
  2. In a small bowl make your oil and vinegar dressing , sweet and sour as you prefer, mixing in some frozen o.j concentrate to taste
  3. Add enough dressing to the cabbage and carrot mixture to moisten well but not make soggy.
  4. Salt and pepper to taste
  5. Cover and chill well.
