Directions:

  1. Dice the apple and mix with the lemon juice to prevent browning. Mix in the grapes, cranberries and blue cheese until cheese breaks up. Add the lettuce and spinach. Toss well. (The cheese and lemon juice make dressing so no need to add any!)
