Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large saute pan, add olive oil to cover bottom of pan
  2. Saute onions & garlic until soft
  3. Add sliced mushrooms
  4. In a large stock pot combine frozen meatballs with onions, garlic, and mushrooms
  5. In a large mixing bowel add cream of muchroom soup, sour cream & Lipton Onion Soup mix
  6. Add salt & pepper to taste
  7. Mix thoroughly
  8. Add gravy mixture to meatballs
  9. Cook on low heat for 1 hr (or until meatballs are hot), stirring occasionally
