Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Combine Meatball ingredients and add bread crumbs until your desired consistency.
  3. Bake at 375 on a large baking sheet until browned, ~8 minutes.
  4. Reduce oven temperature to 325 after the meatballs are done.
  5. For the sauce, melt the Butter and stir in the Flour until smooth.
  6. Gradually stir in the Beef Broth and Cream.
  7. Combine the Meatballs and Sauce in a baking dish.
  8. Cover and bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
  9. Cook Egg Noodles according to package directions.
  10. Serve the Meatballs and sauce over the noodles.
  11. Enjoy.
