  1. Combine crust ingredients and press into bottom of a 9 by 13 pan and set aside.
  2. Cheesecake:.
  3. Whip the whipping cream and set aside
  4. Beat cream cheese and sugar till smooth.
  5. Add vanilla and fold in whipped cream
  6. Spread over crust and chill.
  7. Just before serving top w/ favorite fruit topping.
