Super Moist & Amazing Banana Bread

Ingredients:

  • 3 overripe bananas
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup applesauce ( instead of oil , this is what adds the great moisture)
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips or 1/2 cup nuts or 1/2 cup dried fruit

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees,
  2. Grease a loaf pan.
  3. Crack eggs into a bowl.
  4. Add milk.
  5. Mash the bananas into it with a fork.
  6. Add all other ingredients EXCEPT optional ingredients and mix well.
  7. Add your choice of optoinal ingredients.
  8. Pour into loaf pan and bake for one hour.
