Super Easy Skillet Lasagna

Ingredients:

  • 10 piece curly-edged lasagna noodles broken into small pieces
  • 1/2 cup parmagiano reggiano grated
  • 2 tbsp parmagiano reggiano grated

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef, season with salt & pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
  2. Drain grease.
  3. Add spaghetti sauce and lasagna noodles and a little splash of water.
  4. Cover and simmer until noodles are done.
  5. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup parmesan. Dot with heaping tablespoons of ricotta, cover and let stand 5 minutes.
  6. Sprinkle with basil and remaining parmesan.
